We are Split the Juice LIMITED, a limited company registered in England under company no.
16663896, with its registered address at 20 Pegasus Close.

Scope of the Terms
These Member Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) apply to you as a person accessing the Platform
and/or using any of the Services, together with any party represented by such person (“you” /
“Member”). By registering as a Member of the Platform and/or using the Platform and/or
accessing any of the Services, you hereby accept these Terms of Use.

Eligibility
● You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Member.
● We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate an account at our sole discretion.
● You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activities conducted
through your account.

Rules of Behaviour
Members must not:
● Breach laws or regulations, harm others, or use the Platform for fraudulent or
commercial exploitation.
● Distribute harmful content (viruses, spyware, malicious code).
● Misrepresent identity or infringe intellectual property rights.
● Engage in harassment, discrimination, or defamatory content.

Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, removal of content, legal action, or disclosure to
authorities.

Intellectual Property
● All pre-existing intellectual property rights remain with the respective owners.
● By uploading Member Content, you grant Split the Juice a worldwide, royalty-free licence
to use, adapt, and display such content for the operation of the Platform, for the period of
your membership plus 24 months.
● Split the Juice retains ownership of intellectual property developed within its Services.

Liability
● Access to the Platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or
performance.
● Liability is limited to £5,000 in aggregate, except where prohibited by law (e.g., death,
personal injury, fraud).
● Split the Juice accepts no responsibility for third-party websites, Member-to-Member
arrangements, or services outside of its direct provision.

Termination
● We may close or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms, failure to
provide accurate information, inactivity, or at our sole discretion.
● You may cancel your account at any time by notifying us.

Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for events outside of their control (e.g., natural disasters, war,
terrorism, strikes, or legal prohibitions).
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by English law, and disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
