We take the privacy and safety of Members seriously and are committed to safeguarding their
Personal Data and Confidential Information.

Personal Data
“Personal Data” means any information that identifies an individual, including but not limited to:
name, email address, phone number, ID numbers, postal address, or geolocation information.

Data Processing Roles
● We act as a data processor on behalf of Clients for any Personal Data processed as
part of Client community services.
● We act as an independent data controller when processing Personal Data for our own
purposes (e.g., direct Member services).

Data Use
● Personal Data and Confidential Information will only be used to provide Services,
operate the Platform, or comply with legal obligations.
● We may disclose information to employees, contractors, and agents who are bound by
confidentiality obligations.
● We may disclose information where required by law, in the public domain, or with
Member consent.

Confidential Information
● Information you provide that relates to your Account and is not made public on the
Platform will be treated as Confidential.
● Exceptions apply where the information:
○ is already public,
○ is already known to us,
○ is lawfully disclosed by another party, or
○ must be disclosed by law.

Retention
● Member Content may be retained for 24 months after membership ends, after which it
will be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data, but
no system is completely secure. Members are responsible for protecting their own login details.

Service Communications
We may send you service-related communications (such as account notifications or platform
updates) via email.
Third-Party Providers
Use of the Platform may require acceptance of third-party software or service providers’ terms.
These third parties may process your data in accordance with their own privacy practices.

Your Rights
As a Member, you have the right to:
● Access and correct your Personal Data,
● Request deletion of your Account and associated data (subject to legal obligations),
● Withdraw consent for certain data uses,
● Raise complaints with relevant regulatory authorities.
